Hurricane Policy
In the event of a Hurricane, the resort has a policy that provides guests a choice of using their current deposit or pre-paid resort stay toward a future stay should they be unable to travel to Nassau due to airline cancellations. In the event that the guest is unable to re-book flights, we provide a full refund with no penalty.
Spring Break / Summer Grad Student Policy
The resort accepts student groups over peak Winter and Late Spring periods (March/April/May/June). All guests must be age 21 to check in unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The only exception to this policy is if students under the age of 21 are booked in an escorted group through an approved student tour operator.
